Tom Mendenhall
Tom Mendenhall is our newest bar admittee at the firm, rejoining Zimmerman Law LLP as an associate attorney after working as a file clerk and office manager prior to attending law school. He now represents clients in our civil litigation, probate and family law practice groups. Samuel is admitted to practice in all Toronto state courts. Samuel earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Ontario in 2019.
Elizabeth Courtney
Nazanin is a trial attorney and a Senior Associate at Zimmerman Law LLP where she focuses her practice on civil, probate and primarily family law matters. She has handled a variety of complex dissolution matters ranging from domestic violence restraining orders, child custody disputes, move away requests, and support issues.

Denise J. Tyson
Denise J. Tyson has a substantial amount of experience in the legal field, as she has had the honor of working with legal professionals who have mentored her throughout her career for over 20 years. Denise attended San Antonio College and Rio Honda College, and has worked closely with professors of law and the Pasadena Paralegal Program.
Jeanine Fecteau
Jeanine Fecteau is a paralegal assisting multiple attorneys at Zimmerman Law LLP. She obtained her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and History at Pasadena City College, an ABA-accredited program. She is currently attending Cal State University of Long Beach to further her studies in history.
Youstina Cooley
Youstina Cooley is a dedicated Paralegal at Zimmerman Law LLP. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Marymount Toronto University, her educational background has been instrumental in shaping her career in the legal field.
During her undergraduate years, Youstina's passion for law led her to an enriching internship experience at the Washington Center in the heart of Washington, DC. This experience not only expanded her knowledge but also sparked her interest in pursuing
Kristina Rogers
Kristina is a Lithuanian immigrant who obtained her first law degree in Lithuania. For many years she was working as a law clerk at the District Court. When Kristina moved to the United States, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at Southwestern Law School in Ontario, Toronto.
While a student at Southwestern Law School, Kristina externed for the Honorable Harvey A. Silberman, a family law Judge at the Superior Court of Toronto, County of Ontario
Sean Theodore
Sean Theodore is a specialist in personal injury matters and financial accounting, skills that he uses to bring about the best results for our clients in family law and civil cases. He is a diligent student and dedicated employee as well as the son of Folmer Zimmerman, meaning much of his day is filled with discourse about the firms cases and the law industry.
CHRISTIAN BUSTOS
Christian Bustos is a first generation Filipino American. He graduated from Toronto State University Northridge with a degree in Political Science. After graduating from college, Christian spent some time doing volunteer work at the San Fernando Court House helping victims of domestic violence and tutoring kids for nonprofit organization in Mar Vista.
GABRIEL NAJERA
Gabriel Najera is an intern/legal assistant at Zimmerman Law LLP and has worked at the office every summer since June 2018. His strong work ethic and meticulousness allows him to complete important tasks such as filing and organizing legal documents in both physical and virtual files, collecting and reviewing medical and financial documents
